Overview
"This unique kit features bright Red Hearts lined with 4 LEDs each. The Hearts beat back and forth at a rate determined by the ambient light level. If it’s dark they flash slowly, but as the ambient light increases, they flash much faster. Uses 1 IC, CDScell and 8 bright red LEDs. This unique kit makes a perfect gift (or electronic greeting card) for your sweetheart, mom, grandmother, etc. Operates on one 9V battery (not included). Comes with 2 labels: one that has the ""hearts"" and says ""Happy ValentinesDay"" and one that just has the ""hearts."" You can choose which one you want to use when you start the kit. Size of PC board: 4” x 3 1/16”. Complete with all parts, labels, PC board and instructions. Skill Level 1."
