"High power variable rate strobe light is perfect for your next outdoor party! Features brilliant xenon horseshoe strobe tube which flashes at any rate you wish from about 60 to 350 times a minute. Reliable design circuit features fused power input, mylar reflector, and control to vary flash rate. Requires 12VDC at 2 amps to operate (car battery, lantern battery, or motorcyle battery can be used-batteries not included). Size of board: 4.125"" x 3.5"". Complete with all parts, PC board, and instructions. Skill Level 2. "
