Overview
"This simple to build kit flashes a tri-state LED. The kit has a trimmer control which can be rotated to provide continuous green, alternating red/green flashing, or continuous red display from one LED. Kit features IC circuitry and jumbo Tri-States LED, which even though it's only a two lead device can flash red or green. Operates from 9V battery (not included). Size of circuit board: 1.4"" x 1"". Complete with all parts, PC board and instructions. Skill Level 1. "
