G17630 Deluxe Siemens Powermax® 4" Square Silicon Solar Cell
Very high quality single crystal Powermax® 4" silicon solar cell by Siemens produces 0.50V open circuit voltage and 2 amp short circuit current in full sunlight. These are easy to solder to (no scraping or special techniques required). Just solder your flexible ribbon wires to both (-) top bars and both (+) bottom bars using rosin core solder and a low temperature soldering iron. These lightweight (7 grams) cells are fragile but are easier to work with then most solar cells!
